Transportation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the end-to-end freight payment process, the full-time Transportation Analyst (Freight Payment) will manage invoice administration, coordinate with carriers to resolve discrepancies, and conduct reconciliation for accurate freight expense reporting, with remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the freight payment process, including invoice administration and payment processing
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payments
• Conduct invoice coding, validation, and reconciliation to maintain accurate freight expense reporting

Required qualifications

• Experience with freight payment, invoice processing, or accounts payable is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for interacting with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Excellent research and problem-solving abilities to address invoice discrepancies
