Transportation Associate

Job Summary

Managing freight operations remotely during Eastern/Central time zone business hours, the Transportation Associate will build and optimize load plans, ensure compliance, and coordinate with internal and external partners to enhance cost efficiency and service reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with external providers and internal stakeholders to build and optimize load plans
• Manage reschedules and escalate scheduling issues to maintain operational continuity
• Execute daily operations in line with T-Hub timing and cutoff requirements

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of transportation experience with domestic modes, including Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and Full Truckload (FTL)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience coordinating across internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of transit times, lane planning, and load building
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
