Transportation BIM Manager

Job Summary

Transportation BIM Manager, responsible for leading digital design and project delivery within the Civil Transportation department in a full-time role, overseeing Bentley Civil platforms and ensuring compliance with digital delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and customization for Bentley platforms and support Transportation Engineering teams
• Develop and improve CADD/BIM workspaces to meet digital delivery standards
• Design and deliver training programs on digital delivery best practices and software tools

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years of experience using MicroStation and Bentley Civil platforms on large projects
• 5+ years in a CAD/BIM leadership role, including process and standards development
• Strong teaching, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
• Experience in the power sector or infrastructure is a plus
