Leading a team of breakdown specialists, the full-time Supervisor, Transportation Breakdown will ensure operational performance, support employee development, and maintain high service standards in a remote environment.

• Guide the team in dispatch timeliness, phone metrics, and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field (Transportation, Call Center) or equivalent education and experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork across the organization
