Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Transportation Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the team in dispatch timeliness, phone metrics, and operational efficiency
  • Provide personalized development and motivation for team members
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist in top-notch event handling
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or a bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, or a master's degree with 1 year of experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
  • Degree in a related discipline is strongly desired (preferred)
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
