Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Guide the team in dispatch timeliness, phone metrics, and operational efficiency
- Provide personalized development and motivation for team members
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and assist in top-notch event handling
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field, or a bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, or a master's degree with 1 year of experience, or a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork
- Degree in a related discipline is strongly desired (preferred)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
