Job Summary

Managing a caseload of transportation bodily injury claims, the full-time remote Transportation Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve both litigated and non-litigated claims involving long-haul trucking and commercial transportation exposures across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of transportation bodily injury claims, including litigated and non-litigated exposures
• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve trucking and transportation-related claims in accordance with company guidelines
• Coordinate with defense counsel and support litigation management activities as needed

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience handling transportation bodily injury claims
• Experience with long-haul trucking, semi-truck, or heavy transportation claims
• Exposure to litigated bodily injury claims
• Active adjuster license required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
