Transportation Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Bringing strong technical expertise and a proactive approach, the full-time Transportation Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve personal auto and commercial transportation-related claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and evaluate claims involving auto and trucking liability, including Collision, Cargo, and Bodily Injury
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with clients, insureds, attorneys, and medical providers to ensure timely claim resolution
• Manage moderate complexity claims and conduct independent coverage analysis and claim strategy decisions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of liability or transportation claims experience
• Bilingual in Spanish (fluent in speaking and reading)
• Claims adjusting licenses as required by jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of liability claims handling practices
• Experience handling BI, CGL, or transportation-related claims preferred
