Transportation Claims Advocate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation Claims Advocate to join their team of Insurance Claims professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and account producers regarding transportation-related claims
• Review policy language and initiate claim reports to insurance carriers
• Conduct Claim Review meetings with clients and insurance carriers to strategize claim resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in claims adjusting or a transportation-related role
• Adjusters and/or Brokers license
• 2+ years of experience in handling claims (Physical Damage, Auto Liability, Cargo)
• College degree preferred, but not required
• CPCU/AIC/TRIP or related insurance courses preferred
