Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of adjusters handling various accounts and lines of business

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• 10+ years of insurance claims management experience in multiple lines of business
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Comfortable with technology and evolving claims systems for better efficiency
• Strong integrity and accountability in handling confidential information
