Key Responsibilities

• Track and trace freight for over-the-road and rail shipments using a web-based program
• Communicate and update customers through various platforms, including direct calls and Teams messaging
• Utilize critical thinking to handle, escalate, and resolve issues, coordinating solutions as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Strong customer service skills
