Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation-Supply Chain Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pick-up and delivery operations, coordinating carriers and internal teams for efficient shipping
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and third-party logistics, ensuring operational compliance and performance
• Analyze transportation spend and implement cost-saving initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• B.A. or B.S. degree in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, or equivalent experience
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in small parcel ecommerce fulfillment
• In-depth understanding of domestic transportation modes and processes
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and experience with systems like Oracle and Monday.com preferred
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
