A company is looking for a Transportation Coordinator to support Transportation Managers and assist with vendor communication and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound and receive inbound calls from tow vendors
• Verify qualification documents, insurance coverage, and negotiate vendor rates
• Maintain ongoing relationships with towing vendors and provide customer support services

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of towing operations and vendor compliance requirements
• Experience in rate negotiation and contract administration preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Transportation Management Systems
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• No formal education required
