Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation Coordinator to manage the scheduling and tendering of outbound freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time pick-up and delivery while analyzing to prevent service failures
• Maintain professional communication with carriers and customers
• Schedule appointments and update the Transportation Management System (TMS) as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in customer service and logistics support
• Experience in a manufacturing, military, or transportation environment
• Ability to work remotely, preferably within 250 miles of a factory
