Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Transportation Customer Service Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and document interactions while adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries with professional courtesy and provide exceptional service based on client instructions
  • Document customer information and verify details, making necessary corrections and updates
  • Utilize statistical data to enhance performance and conduct outbound calls for client-specific surveys
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain required government clearance
  • Prior experience with FMCSA is preferred
  • Previous call center or customer service experience is highly desired
  • Ability to provide a non-cellular high-speed internet connection for a home office
