Transportation Data Entry Specialist
Job Summary
To support logistics operations, the full-time temporary Transportation Data Entry Specialist will enter customer orders, confirm shipments, and generate reports while working remotely on a standard 8 AM - 5 PM schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Enter customer orders in TMW Freight Software and confirm updates on shipments
- Create and send daily reports to the management team and prepare necessary paperwork for billing
- Generate customer reports and contracts, performing additional duties as required
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience with freight or logistics software, preferably TMW
- 1+ years of experience in the supply chain or transportation industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
