Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, scale, and manage a cost-effective transportation program supporting PACE participant needs
• Track performance metrics and ensure timely transport of participants to various services
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, routing, and fleet management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-8+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations
• 3-5+ years in a leadership role
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, or PACE programs preferred
• Knowledge of transportation management systems and routing software
