Job Summary
To drive strategic growth and operational excellence, the full-time remote Transportation Geospatial Practice Leader will manage client relationships, oversee project management, and champion the adoption of innovative technologies within the Transportation Geospatial Team.
Key responsibilities
- Align practice objectives with corporate strategies and develop annual goals to promote industry leadership
- Expand service offerings and maintain executive-level client relationships to drive growth across transportation agencies
- Manage practice revenue, client satisfaction, and talent development while ensuring compliance with project management standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field; PLS license preferred
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Land Surveying and project management
- Thorough understanding of survey and geospatial principles related to transportation design applications
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects
- Strong business acumen with experience in sales forecasting and market strategy
