Job Summary
To support customer success and drive product evolution, the full-time remote Transportation Implementation Specialist will lead end-to-end customer engagements, utilizing industry expertise and AI tools to address logistical challenges and implement Trimble TMS.
Key responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive operational discovery with customers to identify business challenges across the order-to-cash lifecycle
- Rapidly build and validate proofs of concept using AI-driven tools to address operational gaps
- Guide transportation customers through the complete implementation lifecycle, from discovery to ongoing monitoring
Required qualifications
- Deep domain expertise in the transportation and logistics industry, with insight into complex operational workflows
- Proven capability to learn software products and identify functionality gaps
- Experience with AI-assisted tools for research, analysis, and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional customer communication and system discovery skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in dynamic, fast-paced environments
