Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and transformation of mechanisms supporting the transportation network
• Define success metrics for new shipper onboarding and establish standard work across teams
• Manage cross-functional teams and perform deep dives for operations and transportation inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Project Management/Engineering
• 3-4 years of experience in an Operations or Transportation leadership role
• Understanding of transportation network design and cost structure
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives
• Final mile parcel experience is required
