Transportation Logistics Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the full scope of IT hardware logistics, the remote Transportation Logistics Specialist will oversee domestic and international freight operations, ensure timely delivery of data center equipment, and handle RMA/RMS shipments while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end transport of IT hardware across domestic and international lanes, ensuring on-time and damage-free delivery
• Coordinate inbound freight scheduling and manage all shipment-related documentation, maintaining accurate inventory records
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain audit-ready documentation for all logistics activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in transportation, freight, or logistics management, preferably in technology or data center environments
• Proven experience with domestic and international freight operations, including RMA/RMS processes
• Familiarity with TMS platforms and shipment tracking systems
• Strong understanding of US domestic carrier regulations and international freight compliance
• Excellent organizational skills with a high standard for documentation accuracy
