Transportation Management System Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation Management System (TMS) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support the McLeod Software platform, including LoadMaster and/or PowerBroker
• Manage order lifecycle processes, including order entry, dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and driver/carrier settlement
• Develop reporting and dashboards using McLeod tools, SQL, or BI platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting or administering a Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Hands-on experience with McLeod (LoadMaster) and PowerBroker
• Experience supporting core transportation workflows such as order entry, dispatch, and invoicing
• Strong understanding of transportation operations and experience with EDI transactions and API integrations
