Job Summary

A company is looking for a McLeod Solution Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and support the McLeod Software platform, including configuration and optimization
Manage order lifecycle processes and troubleshoot system issues
Develop reporting and dashboards while maintaining data integrity and user training materials

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
Hands-on experience with McLeod (LoadMaster) and PowerBroker
Experience in supporting transportation workflows such as dispatch and invoicing
Knowledge of EDI transactions and API integrations
