Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation Manager responsible for client-facing transportation management activities and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and manages transportation strategies and field support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
• Implements corrective actions and continuous process improvements while managing financial and account performance
• Supervises staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience required
• At least 7 years of industry-related experience required
• 7 years or more of experience with financials and finance acumen required
• Experience in managing client portfolios and developing revenue growth strategies
