Transportation Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation Planner 1 to coordinate and manage transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate changes to daily transportation activities and maintain performance metrics for assigned factories
• Monitor carrier rates and arrange international shipments as required
• Update warehouse and transportation management systems with carrier details and support daily operations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a logistics or transportation-related environment
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred
• Advanced transportation skills and excellent geography skills
• Experience with PKMS-MINCRON or MAPICS preferred
