Transportation Planning Analyst
Job Summary
Executing transportation planning activities, the full-time Transportation Planning Senior Analyst will manage load consolidation, optimize transportation routes, and provide customer service to clients and vendors while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manages tendering and execution of transportation loads
- Monitors status updates from carriers and resolves transportation exceptions
- Reports and analyzes key performance indicators related to transportation operations
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of transportation planning experience
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Operations Management
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as Oracle or Blue Yonder
- Knowledge of routing, scheduling, and consolidation of loads
- Familiarity with AI tools relevant to supply chain operations
