Key Responsibilities

• Develops and implements logistics sourcing strategies focused on transportation and supply chain partners
• Manages the sourcing process for carriers, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiations, and compliance monitoring
• Coordinates ongoing supplier management and ensures alignment with enterprise needs and best practices

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years of experience in procurement and negotiation related to supply chain or logistics
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems and knowledge of transportation pricing
• Understanding of DOT regulations and logistics documentation
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Certifications such as CSCMP, AICS, and CPSM preferred
