Transportation Procurement Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time salaried Manager of Transportation Procurement Strategy and Delivery, the successful candidate will contribute to the North America transportation strategy, focusing on procurement RFQ, vendor strategy, and performance analytics while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage vendor strategies for qualified carriers across multiple transportation modes
• Develop and deliver post-RFP analytics and strategic messaging to internal teams and customers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for contracting, integration, and training

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in carrier procurement and logistics/operations
• Bachelor's degree required
• Solid understanding of transportation carrier/service provider contracts and rate structures
• Familiarity with TMS platforms and data reporting tools
• Availability to travel 5-10% of the time
