Transportation Procurement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation Procurement Professional to join their Global Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies for logistics including internal fleet and external transport
• Lead complex RFPs/RFQs and supplier evaluations to achieve cost savings and working-capital benefits
• Manage supplier relationships and performance through scorecards and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in procurement and category management for large-scale logistics and commercial private fleets
• Expertise in fleet programs and 3PL operations
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to deliver value to senior leadership
• Data-driven mindset with knowledge of transportation tools and KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications preferred
