Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Routing.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise routing staff and facilitate communication with internal and external business partners
• Train team members on routing software and oversee transportation routing and business decisions
• Manage customer delivery schedules and facilitate team meetings to improve KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Business or Bachelor's Degree in General Studies
• 2-5 years of experience in retail operations, distribution, transportation, or logistics
• Experience leading and influencing a team to achieve optimal performance
• Success in creating a culture of high customer service
• Knowledge of retail distribution processes and supply chain management
