Transportation Specialist - PA Licensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transportation Specialist responsible for supporting commercial shipping needs within the retail and rental organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for all commercial transportation needs with various stakeholders
• Manage freight payments and ensure compliance with vendor requirements
• Coordinate seasonal shipments and monitor shipping status for stores

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of experience in transportation, retail/rental stores, or distribution centers
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Intermediate Excel skills
• General understanding of US and Canada trade regulations/programs
