Key Responsibilities

Develop deep knowledge of Transportation & Control Tower solutions and backend data architecture
Troubleshoot critical issues and collaborate with IT for system improvements
Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for optimization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Technology (TMS, Control Tower, Data Science, or related fields)
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Knowledge of KPI and dashboard development
Experience with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
