Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Advisor in the Travel Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Members and non-Members through various channels by selling and servicing travel-related products
• Book and advise on domestic and international travel needs, maintaining compliance with regulations and policies
• Maintain knowledge of travel promotions and foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduate preferred
• At least 18 months of experience in the leisure travel industry
• Familiarity with automated airline reservation systems and online travel resources
• Proficiency in using travel platforms and GDS
• Must reside in specified states to be considered for the position
