Travel Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Advisor to join their Travel Contact Center Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and service domestic and international travel-related products through various communication channels
• Book and counsel clients on travel needs, including fully independent travel (FIT)
• Maintain compliance with regulations and policies while managing travel documents and client interactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduate preferred
• At least 18 months of leisure travel industry experience
• Familiarity with automated airline reservation systems and online booking engines
• Proficiency in PC usage and travel platforms, including GDS
• Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography
