Travel Advisor for Law

Job Summary

Providing travel services for business travelers, the full-time remote Travel Advisor for Law will arrange domestic and international air, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related services while ensuring high customer satisfaction and adherence to travel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs, including destination, transportation, and accommodations
• Arrange all travel-related services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Utilize the GDS to compute costs and manage reservations, ensuring quality control and timely responses to customer inquiries

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a travel counselor booking corporate/business travel
• Experience with Sabre GDS is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a positive image while working with clients and vendors
