Travel Advisor for Legal Services
Job Summary
Providing travel services for business travelers, the full-time Travel Advisor for Legal Services will arrange domestic and international air, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations while ensuring high customer satisfaction in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and arrange all related services, including bookings and accommodations
- Utilize GDS and other booking tools to compute costs and manage reservations, ensuring quality control before finalizing
- Develop strong relationships with clients and vendors while maintaining productivity goals and adhering to travel policy guidelines
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 5 years of travel counselor experience booking corporate/business travel
- Experience with Sabre GDS is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
