Job Summary

Passionate about the travel industry, the full-time remote Travel Advisor III will support customers with travel reservations, resolve complex issues, and negotiate with external providers to ensure a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues through effective problem-solving and root-cause resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions while maintaining high accuracy and call quality
  • Negotiate with vendors to address issues related to loyalty points, program exceptions, and fee waivers
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in the travel industry, with proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and self-booking tools
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in an online environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
