Job Summary

Passionate about the travel industry, the full-time remote Travel Advisor III will manage customer inquiries and resolve complex travel-related issues while delivering exceptional service and collaborating with internal teams and external providers.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel arrangements and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolutions
  • Negotiate with vendors to resolve customer issues related to loyalty points, program exceptions, and fee waivers
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years of experience in the travel industry with proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills in an online environment
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member
