Travel Advisor Specialist

Job Summary

Acting as a trusted advisor for corporate accounts, the full-time Travel Advisor Specialist will manage domestic and international travel arrangements, utilizing GDS, while working remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange complex travel itineraries for clients, ensuring adherence to travel policies and quality assurance standards
• Provide consultative advice and proactively sell additional services to enhance the travel experience
• Manage the end-to-end booking process and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• One year of experience in customer sales and service, preferably in the travel industry
• Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is preferred
• Fluency in the language requirements for the specific point of sale
• Strong technical skills, including fast typing and computer navigation abilities
