Job Summary
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the remote Travel Advisor Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, resolve inquiries using web-based tools, and ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Resolve issues on the first call while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a travel agency and familiarity with Sabre GDS
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
