Travel Advisor Specialist

Job Summary

As a remote Travel Advisor Specialist, the candidate will manage inbound and outbound communications, serving as a primary contact for clients while utilizing web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor and consultant for corporate accounts, managing travel arrangements including air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Fulfill requests for multi-faceted travelers while adhering to travel policies and quality assurance standards
• Manage the end-to-end booking process through various communication channels, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with Sabre native GDS and airline ticketing
• 2 years' experience in the corporate or leisure travel industry
• 1 year of international booking experience
• Fluency in the required language for the specific point of sale, verified by a formal test
• Excellent telephone skills and a professional demeanor in customer interactions
