Key Responsibilities

• Handle villa leads and provide enthusiastic customer service in line with sales guidelines
• Identify customer requirements to optimize sales and make full-experience recommendations
• Process reservations, confirm availability, and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality, timeshare sales, or travel experience
• Strong knowledge of luxury vacation destinations
• Highly motivated to sell and build strong customer relationships
• Proficiency with internet and Microsoft applications
• Must be a US resident and able to work a flexible, full-time schedule
