Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Agent for their Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Members and non-Members with travel-related inquiries through various communication channels
• Book and provide counsel on domestic and international travel needs
• Maintain compliance with regulations and manage travel documents efficiently

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduate preferred
• At least 18 months of experience in the leisure travel industry
• Familiarity with automated airline reservation systems and online booking engines
• Proficiency in PC usage and travel platforms
• Knowledge of worldwide geography
