Travel Agent - Full Service

Job Summary

Working from home in a full-time capacity, the Travel Agent - Full Service will support Member and non-Member sales and service for domestic and international travel products, utilizing relationship-selling techniques to maximize Membership benefits and resolve travel-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Serve Members and non-Members through multiple communication channels by selling and servicing travel-related products
• Book and counsel clients on all domestic and international travel needs, including fully independent travel (FIT)
• Maintain compliance with ARC regulations and Club policies while managing travel documents and processing inquiries efficiently

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited travel school is preferred
• Two years of leisure travel industry experience, including knowledge of automated airline reservation systems
• Proficiency in utilizing online travel resources and booking engines
• Ability to attend mandatory training sessions
• Knowledge of worldwide geography and travel industry trends
