Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Agent in their Travel Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and service domestic and international travel products through phone, email, and web chat
• Book and counsel clients on travel needs, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining a high level of expertise in travel platforms

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduate preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in the leisure travel industry with knowledge of reservation systems
• Proficiency in PC usage and familiarity with GDS and travel platforms
• Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography
• Ability to work overtime and/or holidays as required by the business
