Travel Agent (State Licensed)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Agent (Full Service) to join their dynamic Travel Contact Center Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and service domestic and international travel-related products through various communication channels
• Book and counsel Members/non-Members on travel needs, including FIT trips
• Meet or exceed established production/performance requirements while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; travel school graduate preferred
• 2-3 years of leisure travel industry experience with knowledge of automated airline reservation systems
• Proficiency in PC usage and travel booking platforms
• Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume call center environment
