Job Summary
Supporting travel policy review and service delivery, the full-time Travel Analyst will coordinate with stakeholders, provide guidance for supplier engagement, and produce travel-related reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for clients and non-UNDP participants, ensuring compliance with policies
- Produce and analyze travel reports to monitor service delivery trends and operational performance indicators
- Provide policy guidance and process travel claims for UNDP and non-UNDP travelers, ensuring timely processing of requests
Required qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Accounting, or relevant fields
- A first-level university degree with two years of relevant professional experience in administrative and operational management
- Experience with UN and UNDP operations and procurement processes
- Proficiency in using office software packages and web-based management systems
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of another UN language is desired
