Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of quality travel services, the full-time Travel Analyst will coordinate with stakeholders, provide policy guidance, and produce travel-related reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and report relevant travel data
- Provide guidance to optimize engagement with suppliers and ensure operational efficiencies
- Produce travel reports and monitor service delivery trends for process improvements
Required qualifications
- Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Logistics, Accounting, or a relevant field
- Or a bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience in administrative and operational management
- Experience with UN and UNDP operations and procurement processes
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of another UN language is desired
- Experience in using office software and web-based management systems
