Job Summary

To support the CEO in a full-time remote capacity, the Travel and Events Coordinator will manage all travel arrangements, coordinate special events, and serve as the primary liaison for travel-related inquiries.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, including itinerary planning and addressing travel-related issues
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure resource availability
  • Organize and execute special events, managing logistics, budgets, and vendor contracts for various engagements
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in travel coordination, event planning, or executive support roles, preferably with C-suite executives
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems, calendar management tools, and event planning software
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
