Job Summary
To support the CEO in a full-time remote capacity, the Travel and Events Coordinator will manage all travel arrangements, coordinate special events, and serve as the primary liaison for travel-related inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, including itinerary planning and addressing travel-related issues
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure resource availability
- Organize and execute special events, managing logistics, budgets, and vendor contracts for various engagements
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in travel coordination, event planning, or executive support roles, preferably with C-suite executives
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in travel booking systems, calendar management tools, and event planning software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
