Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Travel and Expense Analyst will manage daily and full-cycle support for travel and expense reimbursements, ensuring compliance with policies while driving efficiency and cost savings through data analytics and stakeholder collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Administer the corporate credit card program, including issuance and review of credit limits
- Book month-end accruals for T&E expenses and prepare necessary account analyses
- Provide expense management data analytics and create training materials for internal stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting-related work, particularly in T&E analysis
- Experience in general accounting duties, account reconciliations, A/P, payroll, and general ledger
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
