Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Travel & Expense to oversee its corporate travel program and expense management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive corporate travel policy while managing vendor relations
  • Oversee the daily audit workflow of employee expense reports and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Prepare financial reports and act as the lead subject matter expert for employee training on expense documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Must be a US Citizen due to government contract requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in travel management or T&E operations
  • Proficiency with Concur Travel & Expense and corporate travel tools
  • Strong understanding of corporate travel policies and compliance requirements, including FAR and DFARS
